“これが好き、あれがあったらいいな”という単純な気持ちが始まりで、1996年６月にオープンして現在に至ります。
全く個人的な考え方ですが、普段の暮らしの中で自分達が囲まれるものに沢山のものは必要ないと思います。
一生の中で出会うものにも限りがあるから、本当に良いもの、好きなものに出会いたいと思います。
既成の価値によるものではなく個々の価値観でそれぞれが好きなものを拾い上げ、生活を、人生を創っていけたらと思うのです。
そして、それぞれの生活のパーツひとつひとつが、そんな風に意識されることでより楽しみに溢れるものになるはずだと考えます。

MANOSで紹介していく事柄はそういう私達の目線で集められたものです。

We have assembled thing we're actually inspired by since we launched our shop MANOS in 1996.
We don't think we need many things around us in our real life.
Maybe,there is a limit to what we can encounter in life. If it's true,we really want to encounter genuine things,people as well. That's why we keep carrying our selection which is inspiration-based,not pressured by commercial demands,not driven by trends.
